Welcome to S.O.M.E. Custom Prints. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to S.O.M.E. Custom Prints. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services").

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to accurately display our products, colors, and designs. However, actual printed products may vary slightly from digital previews due to monitor settings, screen calibration, printing processes, materials, and production methods.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ARTWORK, PROOFS & PRINT APPROVAL

S.O.M.E. Custom Prints specializes in custom-made and personalized products.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs, spelling, grammar, colors, dimensions, quantities, and customization details before approving production.

By approving artwork, mockups, digital proofs, or production files, the customer acknowledges that all submitted information has been reviewed and approved for printing.

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun:

Orders cannot be modified.
Orders cannot be canceled.
Approved artwork is considered final.
Refunds or returns will not be granted for customer-approved designs except in cases of manufacturing defects or imprint errors caused by S.O.M.E. Custom Prints.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK & IMAGE QUALITY

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork, logos, text, and images.

S.O.M.E. Custom Prints is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from:

Low-resolution images
Pixelated images
Blurry artwork
Compressed files
Incorrect color selections
Customer-submitted spelling or grammar errors
Customer-approved layouts or design choices

Products printed using artwork supplied and approved by the customer are not eligible for refunds, returns, or reprints due to image quality issues or design preferences.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SUBMISSIONS

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content; or
You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce and print the content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S.O.M.E. Custom Prints from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from alleged copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or unauthorized use of submitted materials.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and production has been approved.

Custom orders may enter production shortly after approval and may not be canceled once production begins.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

Sales tax
Shipping fees
Handling charges
Customs or import duties

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

S.O.M.E. Custom Prints is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather events
Customs processing
Supply chain disruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for lost shipments, delays, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include links, tools, or integrations operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Use of such services is at your own risk.
