Order Processing
Most orders are processed after payment has been received and, when applicable, artwork has been approved by the customer.
Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, and current production volume.
Estimated production times provided on our website, quotes, invoices, or communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders will not enter production until all required artwork, approvals, and payment have been received.
Custom Products
Because most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed to order, production times may vary from order to order.
Requests for changes or modifications after artwork approval may delay production and shipping.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit is shared with the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and any supporting photos if damage occurred.

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Tracking Information
