    Orders and Shipping

    Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, quantity, customization requirements, and shipping destination. Most orders begin production after payment and artwork approval are received. Estimated turnaround times will be provided whenever available.

    You can create an account during checkout or by selecting the account registration option on our website. Creating an account allows you to save your information, track orders, and manage future purchases more easily.

    If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, contact us as soon as possible at support@somecustomprints.com. We will do our best to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at support@somecustomprints.com.

    No. S.O.M.E. Custom Prints does not store your credit card information. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers and platforms.

    Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

    Currently, we primarily ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order to discuss available shipping options.

    Whenever possible, orders are shipped together. However, depending on product type, order size, inventory availability, or production requirements, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or imprint errors caused by S.O.M.E. Custom Prints. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order and must include photos of the issue for review.

    If you received an item that does not match your order, please contact us at support@somecustomprints.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item received, and our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, reprint, or refund is appropriate.

    Please do not send any returns without prior authorization. Contact support@somecustomprints.com first to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address if your return request is approved.

    If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@somecustomprints.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

    Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins. Because most of our products are custom-made, changes cannot be guaranteed once artwork has been approved or production has started.
